Starting in May.....
MRA are pleased to announce we are teaming up with CEL Sports to bring you even more sports' programmes and fitness activities.
These will be held in our new multipurpose Studio room and Arena space.
Yoga, Legs, Bum and Tums, circuit training and Boxercise will
commence week beginning 7th June
Monday 9.30-10.30am - Yoga
Freestyle Yoga, incorporating the various poses and breathing techniques. Stretch out, relax and enjoy an early morning session that is guaranteed to start your day feeling positive.
Fitness Classes (day time and evening)
Boxercise classes - 9-10am & 10-11am Saturdays 6 week course - to book -
Legs, bums and tums - 11am-12pm Friday 6 week course - to book -
Circuit training - 12pm-1pm Fridays 6 week course - to book -

Zorb football for groups, businesses, team bonding events etc
