• Midlands Roller Arena Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Midlands Roller Arena. All members of the party should be made aware of, and accept, these Terms and Conditions.

  • Midlands Roller Arena reserve the right to make changes and amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any point.

  • Please note that we will not be accepting at this time any vouchers or loyalty cards, any changes to this will be notified

  • Groups are requested to arrive in good time for their session. Groups arriving late may not receive their entire time on the rink.

  • Any persons using the rink facilities must complete a waiver prior to their participation. Where someone is under the age of 18, this waiver must be completed by a Parent/Guardian.

  • Skating activities are not without risk and misuse may result in serious injury or even death.

  • Our rules and regulations can be found on our website as well as on our premises.

  • Participants should only skate within their own abilities.

  • Pregnant women may not skate due to the risks it can pose to the unborn baby.

  • Anyone using the facilities agrees to follow all safety rules and follow the directions given by the Skate Marshalls. Failure to do so may result in an individual/group being asked to leave.

  • Participants opting to bring their own skates acknowledge that these may be subject to inspection by Midlands Roller Arena staff and, should they be deemed as unsuitable, a pair of Midlands Roller Arena skates must be purchased.

  • Children under 5 and must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.

  • We ask that all participants wear appropriate clothing during their visit and we reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who are dressed inappropriately.

  • Participants are requested to remove all jewellery, belts and watches before skating. Pockets must be emptied as loose objects can pose a hazard should they fall out during their skate session.

  • Mobile phones are not to be used by anyone who is skating on the rink. Spectators are welcome to take photos/videos.

  • Anyone found causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures and fittings within the rink will be asked to leave and may be asked to pay to have the damage corrected.

  • Midlands Roller Arena accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property while visiting the site. Vehicles parked within our car park are parked at the owners risk and Midlands Roller Arena take no responsibility for loss or damage, however caused.

  • Midlands Roller Arena reserve the right to refuse admission to individuals and groups if we believe that allowing admission will cause damage, harm or distress to people already within the site or the sites facilities. The Managers decision is final in these cases.

  • Midlands Roller Arena reserves the right to change or cancel activities at any point and with no notice.


  • We are now operating an online Booking System, all bookings should be made via this new system, we will  be accepting  walk-in bookings but we cannot guarantee availability to customers who have not prebooked.

  • A booking will only be classed as confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent from Midlands Roller Arena.

  • You must let us know, as soon as possible, if there are any mistakes in your booking confirmation.

  • Any persons using the rink facilities must complete a waiver prior to their participation. Where someone is under the age of 18, this waiver must be completed by a Parent/Guardian.

  • Due to COVID-19 social distancing and Government guidelines we are changing our sessions - session times will now be 2 hours.

  • Due to COVID-19 social distancing and Government guidelines we are restricting the number of guests in the arena.  Spectators are allowed and there is no charge for spectators

  • Midlands Roller Arena is now a Cashless venue, please ensure you bring along an appropriate method of payment for any cafe or additional items you with to purchase.


  • Latecomers may not be permitted to skate and no refunds will be offered in these circumstances.

  • Where an individual decides not to participate, is not allowed to participate, or is asked to cease participation, no refunds will be made.

  • Individual bookings are non refundable and non transferable unless due to COVID-19 of which the below applies.

  • Customers with bookings that need to be altered due to COVID-19 or on account of any other Government mandated closure must be advised of at least 24 hours prior to the booking date and will be provided with a gift card or vouchers which will hold the full equivalent balance of the booking being altered and may be redeemed for any other Midlands Roller Arena products of equivalent value (this excludes Cafe items)


  • We are not currently able to offer parties due to the Government restrictions on numbers regarding the "RULE OF 6"


  • All Private Hire Bookings are to be made directly with Midlands Roller Arena by email

  • For Hourly/Half Day/Whole Day & Weekend Bookings your booking will not be secured until your Deposit has been received. The remaining amount for Whole Day, Weekend & Hourly Bookings will be payable 1 month prior to the event date.

  • Notice is required for any cancellations. Failure to comply with the following notice periods will result in a penalty charge:

  • Cancellation of Whole Day and Weekend Bookings - A minimum of three months’ notice must be given.

  • Cancellation of Half Day and Hourly bookings - A minimum of one month’s notice must be given.

  • Failure to inform staff of a cancellation within the time period will result in forfeiture of the cost of the booking.

  • The MRA reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time if it is deemed necessary.

  • We are now a Cashless Venue therefore all payments must be made online via our booking system or by bank transfer
