• Midlands Roller Arena Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Midlands Roller Arena. All members of the party should be made aware of, and accept, these Terms and Conditions.

  • Midlands Roller Arena reserves the right to make changes and amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any point.

  • Please note that we will not be accepting at this time any vouchers or loyalty cards, any changes to this will be notified.

  • Groups are requested to arrive in good time for their session. Groups arriving late may not receive their entire time on the rink.

  • Skating activities are not without risk and may result in serious injury or even death.

  • Our rules and regulations can be found on our website as well as on our premises.

  • Pregnant women may not skate due to the risks it can pose to the unborn baby.

  • Anyone using the facilities agrees to follow all safety rules and follow the directions given by the Skate Marshalls. Failure to do so may result in an individual/group being asked to leave.

  • Participants opting to bring their own skates acknowledge that these may be subject to inspection by Midlands Roller Arena staff and, should they be deemed as unsuitable, a pair of Midlands Roller Arena skates must be hired.

  • We ask that all participants wear appropriate clothing during their visit and we reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who are dressed inappropriately.

  • Participants are requested to remove all jewellery, belts and watches before skating. Pockets must be emptied as loose objects can pose a hazard should they fall out during their skate session.

  • Mobile phones are not to be used by anyone who is skating on the rink. Spectators are welcome to take photos/videos of their own party but from the rink.

  • Anyone found causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures and fittings within the rink will be asked to leave and may be asked to pay to have the damage corrected.

  • Midlands Roller Arena accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property while visiting the site. Vehicles parked within our car park are parked at the owners risk and Midlands Roller Arena take no responsibility for loss or damage, however caused.

  • Midlands Roller Arena reserve the right to refuse admission to individuals and groups if we believe that allowing admission will cause damage, harm or distress to people already within the site or the sites facilities. The Manager’s decision is final in these cases.

  • Midlands Roller Arena reserves the right to change or cancel activities at any point and with no notice.


  • We recommend bookings are made in advance using the online system.  We will accept walk-in bookings but we cannot guarantee availability to customers who have not pre-booked.

  • Non-skaters are not allowed on the rink, due to health and safety issues.  If you wish to help a beginner skater, you will need to book in to skate as well.

  • A booking will only be classed as confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent from Midlands Roller Arena.

  • You must let us know, as soon as possible, if there are any mistakes in your booking confirmation.

  • Every skater must complete a waiver prior to their participation. Where someone is under the age of 18, this waiver must be completed by a Parent/Guardian. We recommend you complete your waivers before arrival – you have the choice of 12 months or 24 hours.  A link will be sent in your confirmation email, or you can access the waiver for via our website.

  • Spectators are allowed at no charge.



  • All skate in the same direction.

  • Skates only on the rink (no heelies, buggies, scooters, wheelchairs, shoes or bare feet).

  • Food and drink are not permitted on the rink.

  • Be courteous to other skaters.

  • Do not block the entrances and exits to the rink.

  • Do not stop in the corners of the rink.

  • Follow directions given by Skate Marshalls.



  • Latecomers may not be permitted to skate and no refunds will be offered.

  • Where an individual decides not to participate, is not allowed to participate, or is asked to cease participation, no refunds will be made.

  • Individual bookings are non refundable and non transferable unless due to COVID-19 of which the below applies.

  • Customers with bookings that need to be altered due to COVID-19 or on account of any other Government mandated closure must advise Midlands Roller Arena at least 24 hours prior to the booking date. Bookings can then be moved to a future date.



Skate parties must be booked online and the minimum of 15 paid for in full at the time of booking. Any additional numbers can be paid for at time of the party.



  • All Private Hire Bookings are to be made directly with Midlands Roller Arena by email at .

  • Your booking will not be secured until full payment has been made.

  • Refunds will not be given unless the date can be re-booked.

  • The MRA reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time if it is deemed necessary.
